Great school and nursery with bookable free softplay area and plenty of courses/groups for parents

One of the best nurseries ever. Activities, pets, enthusiastic staff and very well organised. They do a tremendous job and work very well with the parents. Couldn't recommend it more.

i-Play Soft Play

Broadwalk Shopping Centre, Broad Walk, Bristol BS4 2QU, UK – 0117 370 2442

I loved it. Best soft play in town for two years old. She can comfortably explore all sections and price is very reasonable. I prefer this to play space

Great for very little ones (1-6 maybe up to 9ish). Small but well designed. Decent little cafe bit. Very reasonable prices, will be going again.

Abbeywood Tots Knowle

45 Daventry Rd, Bristol BS4 1DQ, UK – 0117 969 3990

My daughter goes to Abbeywood nursery (Knowle) a couple of times a week. She is in the 0-2 years room and absolutely loves it. She is always happy when we pick her up. She is really active throughout the day with them, from getting all messy and covered head to toe in something they are making or painting. All the staff are wonderfully friendly and are really understanding and supportive towards her and us. The food they provide the children is healthy and organic and they have taken into consideration my daughter's dietary needs. I would not hestiate to recommend the nursery to anyone!

I used to go to school here and its amazing, the teachers are alsome and the food is good. And they have four different houses there is Hannah More, John James,Robert S (don't know how to spell that one) and last but not lest Blackwell. Blackwell is blue,Robert s is red, more is green and James is purple. I HOPE U LOVEEEEEEEEE THE SCHOOL

they taught a kid with no arms and legs to ride a bike and told him off for not doing it and then the teacher duck taped his body to the bike and called him a chicken nugget and then began to push him and said "that's what I call fast food" and then left him in the car park for three days the child is still there today.

Independent Schools

Cleve House School

254 Wells Rd, Bristol BS4 2PN, UK – 0117 977 7218

Cleve House School has been the ‘hidden gem’ of South Bristol for too long. Now under new management, this school energetically thrusts forward with creative flair and a new vision. It remains true to its core values of traditional education in the 3R’s and providing each pupil with a sound moral backbone. The pupils delight in a host of extra-curricular activities and a newly formed PTA is actively hosting and organising events for all. The warm family feel this school emits is truly unique and children build happy memories that go well beyond the school gates.

Thank you Cleve House, for giving two generations of my family a wonderful start in life. I will always remember the whole school sitting on and around the main entrance hall stairs for our assemblies and feeling extremely proud wearing my duffle coat! Mrs Lowe, my music teacher was fantastic and she helped me gain a real love of music!
